DELIVERY TIME

  • The estimated delivery time across Pakistan (after dispatch) is 5 to 7 working days for major cities. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
  • Please ensure availability on the provided contact number for our team to reach you.
  • Delivery times depend on article availability and order confirmation.
  • During sale periods, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Note: To ensure a safe delivery, we strongly recommend that orders be delivered to your own address. Arham Ishtiaq is not liable for any loss or damage to orders delivered to third-party locations, such as courier offices or self-pickup points.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • The estimated dispatch time for international orders is 7 to 12 working days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
  • Arham Ishtiaq will not provide a refund if the consignee requests order cancellation once the order is “in process.”
  • If delivery is refused or not received, the customer will be responsible for both shipment and customs charges.
  • During sale events, average delivery times may exceed the usual.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • To cancel a prepaid order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or a credit voucher.
  • Once an order is “in process,” it cannot be canceled or refunded.

PAYMENT THROUGH CARDS

  • We aim to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience. In some cases, payment verification or additional information may be requested via call or email as per bank guidelines to prevent any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
  • Arham Ishtiaq reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is declined by your authorized payment institution.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • A flat shipping charge of Rs.299 will apply to all orders within Pakistan.
  • International delivery charges vary by destination (country, city, state, and locality). You can estimate these charges by selecting a product and entering your delivery address at checkout (excludes taxes and duties).
  • International orders may be subject to taxes and duties, which are the customer’s responsibility. Applicable fees will be collected upon delivery by the courier.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order on the courier website linked in your email.
